WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER? 

Once you place your order and we confirm your payment, we hustle to get your items shipped out fast. Keep in mind that the delivery time is just an estimate, and GOODVIBESSS isn’t liable for delays from third-party carriers and your local customs. We aim to deliver your pieces within 7 days, but since every item is made to order, it might take a bit longer. If you need your order by a specific date, please send us an email.

WHAT IF I WANT TO RETURN MY ORDER? 

To initiate a return, please email us at info@goodvibesss.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number in the email. The item must be unworn and returned in its original, undamaged packaging.
Please note that personalized or customized items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. We also cannot accept returns that incur duty fees, so be sure to mark the package as a "return with no value" when shipping it back to us.
We do not provide pre-paid return labels at this time. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please retain your tracking information in case the package is lost in transit.

 

WHAT IF I NEED TO MODIFY OR CANCEL MY ORDER? 

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or changed. You will need to request for a return instead. 

 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You will receive an email with tracking number once your order is shipped.

 

THE ITEM I WANT IS OUT OF STOCK, WHAT CAN I DO?

I BROKE MY JEWELRY, WHAT CAN I DO? 

Please contact us at info@goodvibesss.com with description and photos of the damage, and we will try our best to assist.

 

DO YOU PROVIDE GIFT WRAPPING? 

All of our jewelries comes wrapped in a GOODVIBESSS logo pouch and logo-ed outer box for protection. Every element, from the box to the pouch, has been carefully selected to minimize environmental impact without sacrificing style or presentation and a gift card will be provided. Please email us at info@goodvibesss.com for preferred message on the gift card.

 

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY JEWELRY?

We recommend keeping them in our pouch to best prevent tarnising and lengthen its lifespan. It is highly recommended to remove all GOODVIBESSS accessories when in contact with water (for eg: swimming in pools / sea / ocean and during shower), and perfumes and harsh chemicals to keep them in their best condition.
